Hi, I’m Marco — emotional wellbeing coach.

My mission is to help others and myself live with clarity, courage, and compassion — grounded in the virtues I aspire to: wisdom, justice, courage, and temperance.

I support clients in moving from survival to self-actualisation using a practical, compassionate approach that blends psychology, philosophy, and emotional intelligence — cultivating awareness, connection, and authenticity.

I’m certified by Real Coaching Co and completing an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health & Wellbeing. Alongside 30+ years in technology and leadership, I draw on the work of Adler, Bradshaw, Goleman, Lipton, and others to bring reflective depth and practical tools to emotional growth. I also created VITO — a wellbeing app designed for those who can’t access regular 1-to-1 coaching.
